The iconostasis of Uspenski Orthodox Cathedral – Icons portray holy people and scenes from the bible. Each icon is dedicated to a special day in the Orthodox liturgical year. The altar is positioned behind the wall of iconic pictures (Iconostasis) and it symbolises the heaven.
